Upon booking our golf photography services, you are required to make the full payment to confirm and
guarantee your spot in our schedule. This policy helps us allocate the necessary resources and ensures
our skilled photographers are available to capture the most memorable moments of your clients golfing
adventure in Scotland.
Cancellation Policy:
Prestige Golf Photography, we understand that plans may change, and unforeseen circumstances may arise.
However, to ensure the smooth scheduling of our photography services, we have implemented a
cancellation policy:
Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled photography session will receive a full
refund of the paid amount.
Cancellations made Under the 72 hour window will not be eligible for a refund.
We strive to provide exceptional service to our valued clients, and adhering to this cancellation policy
allows us to allocate resources and ensure the availability of our skilled photographers for all confirmed
sessions.
We kindly request that you inform us of any cancellations as soon as possible to facilitate appropriate
adjustments to our schedule.

In case of unavoidable circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions affecting the golfing event, we
will work closely with you to reschedule the photography session at a mutually convenient time, subject
to availability.
Adverse weather conditions Policy
Bad Weather Policy:
Prestige Golf Photography, we prioritise the safety and well-being of our clients and our photographers as well as
the quality of our work. We strive to capture the best moments of your golfing experience, we
acknowledge that adverse weather conditions can occasionally impact our photography sessions. To
address such situations, we have implemented a bad weather policy:
The Photographer will closely monitor the weather for the day of your event. They will contact the point
of contact in the group for any updates.
Rain or Light Showers: In the event of light rain or showers that do not pose any safety risks, our
photography sessions will proceed as planned. Our skilled photographers will be equipped to
capture stunning shots, showcasing the unique ambiance that inclement weather can bring to
your golfing experience.
Heavy Rain or Thunderstorms: If the weather conditions include heavy rain or thunderstorms, our
primary concern will be the safety of all participants. In such cases, we will work closely with you
to reschedule the photography session to the earliest available date that suits your golf tour
itinerary and our photographer’s availability. Quality may be impacted by heavy rain and driving wind.
Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling due to bad weather, there may
be instances where weather-related cancellations are beyond our control.
In such cases, we will work closely with you to explore alternative options or provide a refund for the
affected photography session.
Image Delivery Policy
Prestige Golf Photography take pride in delivering high-quality and captivating images of your golfing
experiences in Scotland. To ensure that you receive the best possible service, we have established an
image delivery policy that outlines the timeline for completing and providing your photographic memories.
Image Completion Timeframe:
We strive to deliver your finalised images within 14 to 28 days from the date of the photography session.
Our team of skilled photographers and post-processing experts work diligently to curate a collection of
stunning photographs that truly capture the essence of your golf trip.
Sneak Peeks:
We understand your excitement to relive the magical moments of your golfing adventure. To offer a
delightful sneak peek, we will provide a selection of edited images within 5 to 12 days after the
photography session. These early glimpses will serve as a preview of the final collection and allow you to
share and cherish some memorable highlights with family and friends.
Image Delivery Method:
Upon completion of the editing process, we will deliver the final images through a secure and
convenient digital platform. You will receive a private online gallery, where you can easily view,
download, and share the images at your convenience.
Image Quantity:
The number of images delivered will vary depending on the duration and specifics of the photography
session. Rest assured that we will capture a comprehensive selection of photographs, reflecting the
essence of your golf tour in Scotland.
Please note that the delivery timeframes mentioned above are an estimate, and every effort will be made
to deliver your images within the specified range. Factors such as the volume of images and the
complexity of editing may affect the delivery timeline.

Our photographers are dedicated professionals who will conduct themselves with the utmost
professionalism at all times. They will arrive on time, dressed appropriately, and equipped with the
necessary photography gear to capture your golfing adventures.
Respect for Privacy:
We respect your privacy and understand that golfing experiences can be personal and intimate. Our
photographers will always seek your permission before taking any photographs, and we will never
intrude on private or sensitive moments without prior consent.
Client Cooperation:
We kindly request our clients to cooperate with our photographers during the photography session.
Following their guidance and suggestions will help ensure the best possible results and a smooth
photography experience.
Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refund Requests:
a. If the client wishes to cancel the day hire service before the scheduled date, they must notify RC Golf
Media at least 72 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.
b. In case of unforeseen circumstances, Prestige Golf Photography may also allow cancellations within 48 hours of
the scheduled date, subject to evaluation and approval on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Eligibility:
a. Refunds will only be processed for cancellations made within the specified time frame and in
compliance with the cancellation procedure.
b. Any services already provided or photography sessions conducted will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing:
a. Once the eligibility for a refund is confirmed, Prestige Golf Photography will process the refund within 14 business
days.
b. The refund will be issued using the original payment method unless agreed upon otherwise.
No-Show or Delayed Start:
a. If the client fails to show up at the agreed-upon time for the day hire without prior notification, no
refund will be provided.
b. Delayed start times caused by the client will not extend the scheduled time for the photography
session, and no partial refunds will be given.
Photographer Unavailability:
a. In the rare event that Prestige Golf Photography cannot fulfil the day hire due to unforeseen circumstances, such
as the photographer’s unavailability, they will offer a full refund or reschedule the session at the client’s
convenience.
Dissatisfaction with Services:
a. If the client is dissatisfied with the photography services provided during the day hire, they should
inform Prestige Golf Photography immediately to address the issue.
b. Refunds based on dissatisfaction will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and Prestige Golf Photography will
make reasonable efforts to resolve any concerns. There will be no refunds after image downloads.
Course Regulations:
We will adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the golf courses we visit during the photography
sessions. It is essential that our photographers and clients respect the guidelines and policies of the
respective golf clubs to maintain a positive working relationship.
Inclusivity and Diversity:

backgrounds and abilities and will provide a respectful and inclusive environment for everyone.
Mutual Respect:
We expect both our photographers and clients to treat each other with respect and consideration. Any
form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated and the session may be
terminated without refund.
Safety First:
Safety is paramount during our photography sessions. Our photographers will be mindful of their
surroundings and will not take any actions that could endanger themselves, clients, or others.
Communication:
Open and transparent communication is vital for a successful photography experience. If there are any
concerns or special requests, we encourage clients to communicate with our team, and we will do our
best to accommodate them.
Image Usage:
As photographers, we value the trust our clients place in us to capture their golfing memories. We
assure you that all images taken during the session will be handled with care and used only in
accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
